Dragonfruit Refresher

This is my take on the Starbucks dragonfruit refresher. I liked the drink but I didn’t love it, so I have modified the recipe while keeping all of its vibrant pink color! It only takes 4 ingredients. I dont use exact measurements, it is delicious every time and saves me tons of money to make it at home. Buy whatever you like best, or depending on what’s on sale because as I always say, Full price is the F word!

What You Need

  • Mango Juice

  • White Grape Juice

  • Raspberry Lemonade

  • Frozen dragonfruit

Whichever brand is your favorite will do. It cost me $17.28 to make a big batch buying my ingredients from walmart, I still had left overs of everything. Here are the products I use in case you want to check out the labels:

Mango Juice

White Grape Juice

Raspberry Lemonade

Frozen dragonfruit

This is the order of the pour to ensure you're getting that lush pink color.

  1. Place your ice in a chilled glass, then your frozen dragon fruit. I recommend smashing the dragonfruit first to release the colors more (it comes in little cubes if you buy frozen). You will quickly find that a little goes a long way with this.

  2. Pour your mango juice first and then an equal amount of the white grape juice. You want your cup to be half way full with equal parts of mango and white grape juice.

  3. Then top it off with the raspberry lemonade. Sbux uses regular lemonade in their recipe, I think the raspberry lemonade makes this drink pop not only with the flavor but it adds to the pink look we are going for.

Give it a stir and you’re good to go! I like to use the same ratio portions and make a carafe of it to chill in the fridge.
