First Time Creating with Polymer Clay

This is my VERY FIRST thing I ever made from polymer clay (!!) lol a lil spaghetti and-a meatballs with-a grated parmesan on top 🍝🧀

I ordered clay and a new kit online the clay got here first so I used whatever tools I had laying around the house! It was so fun to get my hands in there and play around to get a feel for the clay. I used some basic oven bake clay and painted with acrylic paints after. This was the very first time using polymer clay and I’ve already learned so much and adapted how I am using it. The kit and appropriate tools make a world of difference, but I don’t think I did too bad for my first time.

I’m excited to create more mini clay items including other foods. I have some projects for fall I’m currently working on and will be sharing in the next couple of weeks.

For scale, the spaghetti is on my drink lid.
