Nature's Cereal Fruit Salad

Fruit salads are sweet and refreshing, the perfect treat if you ask me! I technically wouldn’t even consider this a recipe but I find myself throwing these together more frequently as the weather has been warming up. I love finding healthy and filling snacks to keep me going through the day. Salads are limitless and offer so much variety! You can add or remove as much as you want to create the perfect pallet of flavors. Not to mention this is a totally Vegan snack! I’ve been addicted to these fruit bowls this spring! I call it Nature’s cereal when I add in all my fixings.

Favorite Fruits

  • Banana

  • Strawberry

  • Raspberry

  • Blackberry

  • Kiwi

Lately i’ve been adding honey and a splash of oatmilk to truly make it nature’s cereal. You can add chia seeds, flax seeds or anything you want! Chia seeds are a great source of fiber and can aid in digestion, improve blood pressure and boost your metabolism! I personally am a fan of the texture as well.

  • Oats

  • Chia Seeds

  • Honey

  • Oat milk (Chobani has a great option)
